Koikatsu VR support is very limited - the story isn't VR it's just the quick H like you can do 2d in events. I am not sure about the VR support but I think in Koikatsu you have more use of it since you can move around in a school. In CM3D2 you can't move around, just speak to your maids and give them tasks (like a management game, maid 1 cleaning, maid 2 sewing.
